Do I need a Facebook Business account?
A regular personal Facebook account is enough as long as you have admin or editor access to the Pages you want to publish to. We don't need access to any other part of your account.
Why only Facebook? What about Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok?
Focus. We do Facebook Pages exceptionally well first. Instagram and LinkedIn are on the roadmap — Q3/Q4 2026 — and existing accounts will get them included in their plan.
What permissions do you ask Facebook for?
Only what's needed to publish: public_profile, email, pages_show_list, and pages_manage_posts. We don't read your messages, see your ads, or access anything else. You can revoke access from Facebook settings at any time.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU (Hetzner Cloud, Falkenstein). Your data is encrypted at rest. You can export everything you have on us as JSON at any time from Settings — and a full account delete actually deletes everything within 30 days.
What happens to scheduled posts if SocialNira goes down?
They sit in the queue. When the service comes back up, the scheduler picks them up within 30 seconds and publishes anything that's overdue. Posts more than 1 hour overdue trigger an email so you know.
Can I cancel anytime? Will I be locked in?
Yes, cancel from Settings, no questions. We don't pro-rate refunds for the remainder of the paid period (standard practice), but no surprise charges. You keep access until the period ends, then your data is exported and deleted on request.
Do you offer invoices for Polish/EU businesses?
Yes. We're registered as AX SOLUTIONS Jakub Górski (NIP 9820391754). Every payment generates a proper VAT invoice (faktura VAT) emailed to you, with reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT-EU number.
Is there a free plan?
There's a 14-day free trial on every paid plan — full features, no credit card required. After that you pick a plan or your account goes into a read-only state where you can still export your data.
